A fire hydrant will be replaced Tuesday April 30th on Abbottstown St. Some residents of Abbottstown St will be without water service beginning at 8 a.m. until the completion of the project (probably all morning). They will then need to boil water before consumption for three days, per DEP guidelines. Residents affected will be notified of the service disruption, the boil water advisory, and when the advisory is lifted via flier on their front door.
