Borough of East Berlin

Welcome to the Borough of East Berlin, Pennsylvania!

Our charming town, its downtown designated a National Historic District, is surrounded by Conewago and Beaver Creeks, and is nestled within the rolling hills of northeast Adams County.

Abundant fruit orchards and farmland, Gettysburg National Military Park, the Appalachian Trail, Michaux State Forest, and numerous state parks are nearby. Our Park is a popular recreation spot for all ages.

We are home to many businesses, services, industries and organizations. Fun community events are held year round.

The Borough supports open and responsive government. We are proud of our community and are here to serve our residents, businesses and visitors.

Public meetings, special events and current information are posted on our Community Calendar and in Latest News.

If you have questions not answered here on our website, please email us at, call us at (717) 259-9224, or stop by Borough Hall at 128 Water Street. Our Secretary/Treasurer, Cindy Smith, will be happy to assist you!
